Responsibilities include:

• Managing existing client relationships to ensure their needs are being met.
• Prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
• Managing relevant client data within the CRM database.
• Working collaboratively with Manufacturing and Product Development to communicate customer needs and understand product specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Preference given to candidates with one to three years sales’ or customer experience with technical products and services. Entry-level candidates may be considered.
• Experience with technical end-users, such as research laboratories, universities, industrial accounts, or semiconductor companies a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to engage interactively with clients, technical staff, and management to match product solutions to client needs.
• Detail-orientation with multi-tasking skills.
